By downloading, installing, or using TermAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of TermAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

TermAI is a mobile terminal application that provides:

• SSH and SFTP client for remote server management
• AI-powered terminal assistant
• ShellMon intelligent terminal monitoring
• Command snippet management
• Tailscale VPN integration
• Cloud synchronization of connections and settings

Some features require an active subscription (Pro or Team plan).

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of TermAI, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Ensuring you have proper authorization to access any remote servers you connect to
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using the app
• Not using the app for any unauthorized or illegal activities
• Any actions taken through SSH/SFTP connections made via the app

4. Account & Cloud Sync

TermAI offers optional cloud synchronization:

• Your SSH connections, snippets, and settings can be synced across devices
• All synced data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• You may disable cloud sync at any time
• Deleting your account permanently removes all cloud-synced data
• We are not responsible for data loss due to local device issues

5. AI Assistant

The AI assistant feature is subject to the following terms:

• AI responses are generated by third-party AI providers and may not always be accurate
• You should verify AI suggestions before executing commands on production servers
• TermAI is not liable for any damage caused by following AI-generated advice
• AI usage is subject to daily quotas based on your subscription plan
• Your AI queries may be processed by third-party AI providers according to their terms

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use TermAI to:

• Gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data
• Conduct any form of cyber attack, including DDoS, brute force, or vulnerability scanning without authorization
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Circumvent subscription restrictions or abuse free-tier limits

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TermAI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• SSH/SFTP connections will always be stable or reliable
• AI assistant responses will be accurate or complete
• The app will meet all your specific requirements

You use TermAI at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TermAI and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your servers
• Damages caused by commands executed via the app
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email
• Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you disagree with any changes, you may stop using the app and delete your account
